Zoom is now available to remote users using dbRASWeb for audio and video conferencing whilst remotely connected from their personal devices.
It is advised to use a supported headset and video camera for an optimum performance for Zoom audio/video meetings.
To enable your personal device to be ready beyond the dbRASWeb requirements (Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace) you are also required to install the Citrix Plugin Host installer for Zoom.
To enable the Citrix Host installer for Zoom please visit the relevant link below that describes your home devices to download the plugin.
Please download and install the Windows (x86/x64) version of the plugin (v5.13.10). Direct Link: here.
If you have a newer version of this plugin already installed, please uninstall the existing version first via Add/Remove Programs.
Once you have installed the version of the plugin provided here, please reboot your Computer.
Please download and install the Mac (Requires macOS 10.15+) version of the plugin (v5.13.10). Direct Link: here.
